Tankini Top - Botanica Reversible

This flattering tankini is based on our best selling reversible Botanica bikini top. This limited first run includes gorgeous prints for plant lovers by Kerry Beazley of @Little_Trove_Studio. A classic cut with an easy fit and enduring style, there are no clasps to fuss with or get in the way of ocean action. Just tidy lines and two ways to wear each  top - print or plain.

BUST: suitable for busts A-C cup, and some D cup, but it is up to the individual as we are all different!  

Printed on recycled polyester REPREVE ® (printed fabric) and lined with a Side B block colour in stunning ECONYL® regenerated nylon (solid fabric). This means this fabric is reducing landfill and VOCs, and using less carbon. Couple with our ocean or calling rashie for long days in the sun and Botanica reversible bikini pants. 

FABRIC CARE: Print - 78% Recycled Polyester, 22% Elastane; Block colour 78% Regenerated Nylon, 22% Elastane. Rinse after wearing and dry in the shade. If laundering cold wash only, ideally in a laundry bag. Do not tumble dry. Made with love in Bali.

This reversible cut results from a collaboration between Claire in Freo and Pak Topik and Ms Juju in the Bali studio.

These Botanic inspired prints have been painted in water colours by the very talented Kerry of @LittleTrove Studio in Fremantle. 

The fabric is purchased in Indonesia from Mustofa at SAS Textile. It is digitally printed in a Balinese home business by owner/operator Pak Arif. He does an amazing job and is so proud of the results.

The team at Gemi are lead by Ms Juju in her home studio. Cutting and finishing/quality checks are done by Fatima and Koko. All sewing is done by Topik, Narmi and Kadek. Whenever I visit these guys the place is full of laughter and chatter. Kids play in the yard after school. All holidays are taken paid, and there is no enforced overtime.

The result is these mightily beautiful garments, sewn with love.
