Returns & Exchanges


We want you to love your Ocean Remedy garments and have a great fit. We happily offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original new condition. Please note sale items are exchange only, not refundable. Gift cards are not refundable. 


AUSTRALIA 


Please first try your swimwear on with underwear and keep tags and hygiene strip in place. Australian consumer law prevents the return/refund of used underwear and swimwear.


If you made the wrong choice, or have the wrong size (or purchased multiple items to guarantee your sizing) Ocean Remedy will gladly facilitate an exchange or refund, provided the products:

  • Are in as new, saleable condition.
  • Remain with tags and hygiene liner intact.
  • Have not been worn/washed.
  • Are returned within 30 days of purchase. 


Returns and exchange terms on this website apply only to products purchased here. For any other returns or exchanges, please contact the retailer you purchased them from.

We will email you a return postage label to affix to the original packaging. 

Once your return is received, a refund will be made in the same payment as your purchase. Unfortunately, we don’t refund original shipping charges.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS


We accept international returns for a refund on as new, original condition items (unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, with tags in place) return email received within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for return. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange on international purchases.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
